Wet Scrubber System Working Principle

The waste gas is introduced into the purification tower through a duct. The waste gas and absorbent liquid come into full contact through the packing layer, undergoing a two-phase absorption and neutralization reaction. 

The purified waste gas is dehydrated by a demister and mist collector before being discharged into the atmosphere by a fan. 
The absorbent liquid is pressurized by a pump at the bottom of the tower and then sprayed down from the top. Finally, the absorbent liquid is returned to the bottom of the tower for recycling. The emission of acid mist after purification is lower than the national emission standards.
