FRP WET SCRUBBER

FRP wet scrubber system are highly efficient industrial waste gas treatment devices. 

They primarily utilize the excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength of glass fiber reinforced plastic, and are specifically designed for purifying acidic and alkaline waste gases (such as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid), odorous gases, and industrial dust. Their waste gas absorption rate typically reaches over 85%.

Wet Scrubber System Working Principle

The exhaust gas is introduced into the bottom of the tower through a duct and passes through the packing layer from bottom to top. At the same time, a circulating water pump pressurizes the absorbent (such as sodium hydroxide solution) and sends it to the top of the tower, where it is evenly sprayed down through nozzles. The gas and liquid phases come into full contact on the surface of the packing and undergo a neutralization reaction. The purified gas is dehydrated by the demister layer and then discharged into the atmosphere, while the absorbent is returned to the bottom of the tower for recycling.
